The Marlene Ann Ewankowich LPN Annual Scholarship was awarded for the first time in spring 2022 . In 1979 , the PHSC Foundation received its first of many gifts from the Rotary Club of New Port Richey , and their investment in education continues 43 years later . Their most recent donation supported the Williams Family Educational Scholarship as well as the Rotary Club of New Port Richey Frank Parker Scholarship .
As an adjunct instructor at PHSC , Chris Stambaugh has witnessed firsthand the financial challenges students encounter while attending college . This inspired him and his wife , Helen Huntley , to establish the Stambaugh Huntley Scholarship Fund last year . Their generosity continues to support the education of students at PHSC .

PHSC Pasco Notable honoree , Dr . Nichole F . McIntosh , made an investment to support future Pasco Notable events at the College . Dr . McIntosh is an alumna of the College Reach Out Program ( CROP ) and now practices anesthesiology in Atlanta , Georgia .
