he PHSC Foundation and The Musunuru Family
presented the Bash at the Ranch, Saturday,
April 1. Hosts Ted and Avis Phillips opened
their home, the 4G+1 Ranch, to PHSC supporters, staff
and students for the annual fundraiser. Attendees enjoyed
a beautiful evening on the 4G+1 Ranch including a chef
prepared dinner, music from Pete Hunt & The Southern
Branded Band and a live auction featuring a Martin &
Co. guitar autographed by Nashville recording artist and
Apopka native John Anderson. The evening’s true winners
were PHSC students. Proceeds from the event reached
nearly $22,000, which will provide multiple PHSC student
scholarships. Previous Bash at the Ranch events have
established scholarship endowments honoring Ted and Avis
Phillips, The Porter Family, and PHSC President Emerita
Katherine M. Johnson.
