Women’s Softball Begins New Era
The PHSC Women’s Softball Team begins a new era
after longtime coach Tom Ryan retired at the end of last
season. New coaches Steve Mumaw and former PHSC
women’s softball standout Jeri Loffler (pictured bottom
left) look to continue the success of the program and
once again qualify for the regional tournament in
North Carolina.
“Several key contributors from last year’s team return,
including pitcher Andrea Del Toro, catcher Emma
Sica, and infielder Tierra Riley,” said PHSC Women’s
Softball Head Coach Steve Mumaw. They will be joined
by a talented and deep freshman class and a few
sophomores returning for their final season at PHSC.
The Bobcats had a successful fall season and look to
improve even more this spring.
