Stephen Williams, Esq., Tarpon Springs, received his
bachelor’s degree at Loyola University and continued his
education at Cumberland Law School where he earned his
Juris Doctorate degree in 1987. Williams became a partner
at Williams, Ristoff & Proper, P.L.C. in 1990. Dedicated to the
community, he has served as chair of the AMI Kids Pasco Board
of Directors, president of the Port Richey Shrine Club, and as
a board director for the United Way of Pasco. Williams is a
longtime supporter of the PHSC Foundation and continues to be
a proud PHSC alum.

Stephen Menhennett, Zephyrhills, Theresa Chin-Hing, Weeki Wachee,
PHSC student at the East Campus, Dade earned his Associate in Arts degree at received her bachelor’s degree from

Jesse Balogh, Dade City, earned an Associate in Arts degree in 2013
2017
and recently graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree. Balogh
works at PHSC as a Senior Office Assistant in Admissions and Student
Records at the East Campus in Dade City.
Diana Castro Jaramillo, Spring Hill, is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in
accounting at Saint Leo University. Jaramillo currently works in accounting
in Tampa.
