Students are most surprised when they go through the Paralegal
Studies program and learn that some exams are open book.
Cors explains that this exam method provides students with an
authentic workplace experience. “When paralegals research, they
look through law books, they do not have all the cases in the land
memorized—they need to find reference and cite their findings; the
