In 2021 , at the height of the pandemic , we realized that we missed engaging with our community . We put our thinking caps on and came up with a creative stewardship event , PHSC Spreads the Love Van Day .
We strategically selected our event date to coincide with the release of our Perspective magazine and created personalized packages for each confirmed stop . Our event team consisted of our Foundation team members , the College ’ s recruiters , and two highly engaged student representatives that crammed into a 10-passenger van filled with items to help “ Spread the Love ” across the community . Our donors loved receiving our magazines to display at their businesses , fun PHSC swag , and our most recent college updates in person !

We post each stop of our journey on our social media platforms , which is one of the most impactful touchpoints during the two-day stewardship event .
