Pop a little note and a balloon in your
neighbours letter boxes. Explain you will be trick
or treating, give a time frame (say between 4
and 6pm) and ask them to put the balloon on
their letterbox/front door if they are happy for
you to stop by.
If you have a lot of families in your
street, host a Halloween Party. Adults can
mingle while kids play and visit each house/
yard to trick or treat. If you don’t already
know them, this is a great way to meet your
neighbours.
Or skip trick or treating altogether and host a
spooky All Hallows Eve party! A sweets table,
some in theme decorations and costumes
essential! It doesn’t need to be expensive or
hard to had fun.
