Metalcaucho , fornitore europeo di ricambi aftermarket automotive in gomma e metallo , dopo avere presentato nel 2021 le sospensioni pneumatiche e i giunti omocinetici annuncia il lancio delle cremagliere dello sterzo . L ’ azienda spagnola continua a scommettere sull ’ incorporazione a catalogo di prodotti dalle elevate prestazioni tecniche , ampliando la sua proposta a famiglie di prodotto più complesse e con contenuti tecnologici evoluti . Grazie al suo prolifico reparto di R & D , Metalcaucho prosegue nel lancio di novità : nel 2021 , anno molto produttivo , sono state presentate 9 nuove gamme pari a 5.215 codici da aggiungere a un portafoglio già esteso . Nel corso del 2022 l ’ azienda ha già presentato al mercato 2.400 nuovi articoli . Tra questi le cremagliere dello sterzo , meccaniche e idrauliche , raggiungono oggi i 120 codici , destinati a crescere prossimamente anche perché la casa madre americana di Metalcaucho , BBB Industries , è protagonista mondiale in questa famiglia di prodotti . Completando il suo impegno nei componenti dello sterzo , Metalcaucho ha anche arricchito il catalogo delle pompe idrauliche dello sterzo , raggiungendo i 123 codici . Grazie al laboratorio interno , Metalcaucho ha perfezionato la qualità dei propri prodotti a livello OEM , utilizzando gli stessi materiali , testandoli nel reparto qualità , comparandoli agli originali . Nel caso delle cremagliere dello sterzo , tra i tanti test effettuati sono incluse le prove dinamiche per garantire il corretto funzionamento dei prodotti ; vengono poi controllate le pressioni , le portate e le forze motrici . In fiera , Metalcaucho condivide il grande stand di BBB Europe con le altre aziende del Gruppo .
Here come the steering racks
After presenting air suspensions and constant-velocity joints in 2021 , Metalcaucho , a European supplier of rubber and metal spare parts for the aftermarket , recently announced the launch of a new family of steering racks . The Spanish company continues to bet on the addition of products with high technical performance to its range of products , expanding its offering and including more complex product families with advanced technological content . Thanks to its prolific R & D department , Metalcaucho continues to launch novelties : in 2021 , a very productive year , 9 new ranges with 5,215 references were added to its already rich catalogue . During 2022 , the company has already introduced 2,400 new items into the market . Among these , the new steering racks , in mechanical and hydraulic versions , today come in as many as 120 references that are however bound to increase soon , also because the American parent company of Metalcaucho , BBB Industries , is a world leader in this type of products . In order to round off its range of steering components , Metalcaucho has also expanded the family of hydraulic steering pumps reaching 123 references in total . Thanks to the internal laboratory , Metalcaucho has been able to refine the quality of its products at the same level as OEM parts , using the same materials , testing them in the Quality department , and comparing them to the originals . In the case of steering racks , the numerous tests include dynamic tests to ensure the correct operation of the products . Pressure , flow rate and driving force values are also checked . At the Automechanika fair , Metalcaucho shares the large stand of BBB Europe with the other companies of the Group .
