In the three years since the Anson Economic Development Partnership was
formed, Anson County has undergone an unprecedented economic
renaissance. More than 200 well-paying new jobs and $40 million in new taxable
investment have been added to the Anson economy, the unemployment rate has
dropped to historic lows, and the average wage has risen by 10%.
