The National Fund for Sacred Places

The National Fund for Sacred Places , a program of Partners for Sacred

Places in collaboration with the National Trust for Historic Preservation , provides capital grants for the restoration or rehabilitation of historic sacred places of national or regional significance . Fund recipients also receive training and support so that they are able to successfully plan and complete complex repair / restoration projects and capital campaigns .
Lilly Endowment , Inc . renewed support of the National Fund in 2020 , facilitating a total of $ 20 million in grants to 100 + congregations over the course of 9 years .
