Recall Notices & Weekly Produce Forecast
Recalls are posted each week on our Agency Zone and in the "Food Bank Links" Section of the online shopping system. We also added a Weekly Produce Forecast located just below the Recalled product listings.
Ordering Deadlines
Orders are due by 5pm two business days before the requested pick up or delivery time. For example, if you need your order by Monday it needs to be submitted by 5pm on Wednesday of the previous week.
Invoice Adjustments
Adjustments or Corrections to invoices should be made within 72 hours of receipt. Mark corrections directly on the invoice and return to Agency Services or to your Delivery Driver. Credits will be reflected on your next statement. Email AEOrders@ntfb.org or Consult the calling tree for more info
Family Fun for Your Clients
The Perot Museum of Nature and Science has offered $1 tickets (up to 7) for participants of state/federal assistance programs. Click here to print fliers (English and Spanish) for your agency.
The Dallas Holocaust Musem is offering its Pay It Forward program which allows clients and families of several local social service agencies to visit the Museum for free from July 19-August 16. NTFB is one of 5 partnering agencies and will give out vouchers at each of our Child Program sites.
