Coaching and Feedback to your staff to
unleash their potential.

As a sequel to the Situational Leadership II® course you have
attended, Coaching and Feedback is a one-day course
covering the bread and butter for communicating with your staff
to boost their performance. You will learn the formula for
effective feedback, and the when and how of providing coaching
to your staff, based on their Development Levels (D1, D2, D3, or
D4).
This course is designed for PE or above grades who have people management
responsibility and had previously attended Situational Leadership II®.
