HAVE A HEART February is Heart Month. It is a month filled with heart shapes, heart cards heart activities and sweethearts.
Did you know that?
Each day your heart beats about 100000 times a day, 35 million times a year and two and a half billion times in average lifetime. Your arms and ribs help, protect your heart, if you fall or get hit in the chest. To keep your heart healthy you should exercise for half an hour.
The heart is the strongest muscle in the body. A kid ' s heart is about the same size of a fist. An adult’ s heart is the same size of two fists. The average hearth pumps more than gallon of blood per a minute.
