Czech showed a perfect example of openess by publicly revealing on the Internet all „ secrets „ of soviet secret servises. Lithuania followed this act only after 10 years. In conclusion, I would like to say that we( as a state and society) mostly need such justice and relationship with the past which could mostly meet the following concerns: the concern to know, the concern for secure life, justice concern, and the concern to restore social peace. As the content of these concerns is not unambigous, an additional criterion should be applied: we should decide which we orientate ourselves towards to – the past or the present. A lot of these things have different meaning in future perspectives. Both justice and social peace fit open speaking. If we start doing this only in ten years time, there will be more unanswered questions about justice, and the dream to implement social peace as well as security will be postponed for distant future. In the perspective, both the state and the society are concerned to speak openly right now.
