The judiciary. Stage 1:
• District courts and the Supreme Court perform their current functions until the establishment of regional courts and the Court of Appeal.

Stage 2:
• The entire judiciary system provided for in the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Courts starts functioning;
• The main function of the Supreme Court is to hear cases under the cassation procedure.
Regulatory framework for civil and family relationships: 1) Concept of the civil, commercial and family law system; 2) Codified acts governing civil, commercial and family relationships; 3) International conventions governing civil relationships; 4) Convention on International Commercial Arbitration and the relevant laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
