Ultimate Ninjas

Lil Ninjas
Lil’ Ninjas Classes are the perfect way to introduce little ninjas, ages 3-5 years old, to the fun of tackling obstacles! Classes focus on developing coordination and strength through skills such as balancing, hanging, jumping, climbing and running, while instilling self-confidence and teamwork in a safe and positive environment. Classes are 50 minutes long, including a warm-up, obstacle coaching and technique.

Welcome to Ultimate Ninjas! Working off an integrated curriculum, this class is appropriate for beginners and advanced participants. Each class is structured to provide progressive growth over the course of the session, and each set of obstacles and circuits are aimed at providing a foundation of strength, agility, and balance. These classes are very active … you will not stop moving and leave both gassed and proud! Our mission is to strive to have all achieve and be fulfilled and grow in perseverance, athleticism and confidence … AND HAVE FUN DOING IT!!

Ascending Warriors
The Ascending Warriors Ninja class builds on the foundation of Ninja strength and movement. Instruction focuses on building strength, coordination, and confidence to help them further excel in their sports! For those not so keen on the‘ playing field’ we provide the opportunity to build skills integral to physical development and mental self-confidence. Our non-traditional athletes can become super dominant ninjas, surpassing even those bigger and stronger – all while building that inner confidence all children need.
