Challenges
Challenge might take the form of an intense
exercise that we repeat in order to improve
our fitness, or it might take the form of a
really technical movement a scary jump or a
new movement that we are unfamiliar with.
Challenge in parkour basically is to do a
certain jump that requires better technique or
more power.
In parkour you are challenging yourself all the
time and while doing all the moves because
most of the moves are hard to make even if
you were practiced for it , you’ll never know
if you’ll succeed or fail.
