Valedictorian James Glover
GPA – 104.929 ( or 4.0 ) Parents – Ron and Julie Glover James spent 8th to 12th grade attending Springtown ISD , and will leave the state of Texas to attend the University of Oklahoma where he will major in meteorology . “ I have always been fascinated with weather . When I was younger , I was afraid of storms , and now I want to learn more about them .” His geography and United States History teacher , Linda Lang , provided guidance and wisdom on a variety of topics , particularly college and politics . He says he is continually inspired by her unique character and wit . “ I am truly grateful for her willingness to help me succeed and her unwavering devotion to her responsibilities as a teacher .” James is a member of National Honor Society , French Club , French National Honor Society , Boy Scouts , Tennis Team , and is a UIL participant . He also volunteers with the Boy Scouts and for NHS . With the
high school , proctored tests at a UIL event at Springtown Intermediate , and monitored kids at another UIL event at Springtown Elementary . He went to tennis regionals at Texas Tech University in April 2018 and after achieving his Life Scout rank in the Boy Scouts , he is working on obtaining Eagle Scout status . His father , Ron , is a simulation engineer for Bell Helicopter and his mom , Julie , is a stay-at-home mom .

GPA – 104.68 Parents – Michael Rix and Misty Cabell Tristan has attended Springtown ISD since the 2nd grade . He is eastbound , where he will attend Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester , New York , and study medical science .

GPA – 102.22 Parents – Jay and Stephanie Stringer Jill attended Brock ISD for the past five years and was class president her entire four years of high school . She will be attending Texas Christian University to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing . Her longterm goal is to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing to become a CRNA ( Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist ). She is a member of National Honor Society , along with being busy presiding over the student body . Jill volunteers at The Beautiful Feet Church in Fort Worth where she serves the homeless while engaging in conversation with the people . Her father , Jay , owns Pressman
Printing Inc . in Fort Worth and her mom , Stephanie , works at Pressman ’ s Printing .
