Here are some tips that can make
time stand still. When you go in for
your spa time that you have carved

and present, be in the now. Look
forward to your spa break and be
truly ready to relax.

bles in the car 2. be fully aware and
present within the beautiful surround-
ings and relax your mind. 3. if tea
or water is offered, enjoy that little
fix. 4. as you begin your treatment
take some deep breaths and with
each breath blow your troubles away
for now. 5. if you feel the need to
talk then discuss your treatment or
anything pleasant - zero negative talk
(90 percent of people really don’t
care and the other 10 percent are
happy you are not perfect) 6. mind-
fully and peacefully place yourself in
a twilight slumber. 7. enjoy the sens-
es of your treatment (smell, touch,
sight and sound) being present with
your senses is all you need to block
the outside interferences. What do
you smell? What do you feel? What
do you see? And what do you hear?
Relax! Make sure your mind and
heart are only into this moment.
When you enter the spa room
the first thing you will notice is the
