With Redneck Construction —
Holidays always mean in-laws, and lots of them. In-laws coming to
your house, eating a meal, watching football, staying until the sun
goes down. All day in-laws. We love to have a handy man come out
and help complete home projects before the in-laws arrive because
the first thing that in-laws like to do is find the one thing that is
broken and ask the dreaded question, “Are you going to get that
fixed?” To avoid that not so fun conversation, we suggest you hire
Redneck Construction, owned by Don Gammil.
Redneck Construction has been in business since 1974, and not
only works on the inside of your house, he builds homes from the
ground up. His specialty is steel construction and barns, but if you
want it, he can build it. Don’s two sons work for him, making it a
family business.
“I keep between 18-25 employees, plus the sub contractors,”
said Gammil. “We do commercial and residential, shopping centers,
both stick and steel. We have offices going in Childress, finished a
bank in Frisco, and houses in Parker County. We have also put up
churches.”
One of the most important things to look at when dealing with
a contractor is how they are rated with the Better Business Bureau.
With an A+ rating, you know that whatever you have them build,
they will do it right.
“I try to treat my customers like I want to be treated and build
every building like I doing it for myself.”
