Lundy set up a meeting between her new contrac- tor and her mother. Wagonseller and Hayley clicked immediately. Hayley started out redesigning the front living space. “It all started from there,” Hayley said. “Jennifer’s mother is an excel- lent designer and has a great eye for colors. She was a natural-born deco- rator. She said, ’This is what I see.’ We went on with the décor from there.” They started renovations from the inside then went to the outside of the home. Hayley said, “I treat every home like it is my own home.” “I loved what she did to my place,” Lundy said.
