Marketer Award - Natalie Parish
Natalie Parish, the
director of business and
marketing for Weatherford Regional Medical
Center, loves her community. She has been in
marketing since graduating in 2002. Natalie grew
up in Azle and has been
in the Brock area for 14
years. For the last two
years, she has worked at
the hospital where she is
dedicated to “communicating the message of all
the exciting things that are going on at the hospital and
the physicians in our community.”
“I love the community that I live in and I think as a
working mom or a family member, a lot of times people
don’t know where to go regarding health care or they’re
scared,” Parish said. “I enjoy getting that information out
so that people can make the most informed decision for
their families. I see myself as a resource for them.”
When asked for advice for anyone following in her footsteps Natalie said, “Always focus on the why.”
Besides her work for the hospital, Natalie is also involved in various boards and organizations, a few of
which include: Salvation Army, Meals on Wheels,
Weatherford Rotary Club and The East Parker County
Women’s Business Alliance.

Originally from Gordon,
Blake spent a lot of time
in Parker County while
growing up. He’s currently the public relations
manager for the City of
Weatherford. He considers this to be one of his
biggest accomplishments,
considering the position had been vacant
for several years; he has
taken over and created
a solid communications
program for the city.
Growing up, Blake never told anyone he wanted to be
a city spokesman when he grew up.
In high school, Blake wanted to be a sports TV
anchor, but after doing that for several years in college,
it soon lost its luster for him. He realized it wasn’t his
passion.
