expanded our Concierge Medicine practice. Concierge Medicine, as it has become known, provides physicians with the time to truly know their patients and treat each patient individually. Parker County residents looking to have a VIP medical experience as an alternative to their “traditional” primary care medical setting can take advantage of this in our office. PCT: Where do you hope to see the business in the future? Dr. Wusterhausen: We are continuously growing and adding new services each year. In January, I reviewed Age Management Medicine training scheduled across the United States. I enjoy attending training and finding new services I feel Parker County residents will most benefit from. Age Management Medicine is the future of medicine; I see our office being the leader in this field for Parker County. PCT: What do you hope customers will gain from a visit? Dr. Wusterhausen: I hope any customer of Envy will immediately notice the attention we pay towards customer service. Our staff is consistently training and researching the latest aesthetic products and services. We want our customers to be informed on the services they are receiving or products they are purchasing. I am in the office at least three days a week and a phone call away should the staff need me immediately. Our office is physicianowned and operated; I am involved in the day-to-day activity. In today’s world of medical offices, this is no longer the case. PA R K E R C O U N T Y T O D AY Dr. Wusterhausen: A successful business has a well-educated staff. Invest in your employees and make them believers in what you are doing. In turn, they will be a reflection of your beliefs and want to share it with those they come into contact with.
