expanded our Concierge Medicine
practice. Concierge Medicine, as it
has become known, provides physicians with the time to truly know
their patients and treat each patient
individually. Parker County residents looking to have a VIP medical
experience as an alternative to their
“traditional” primary care medical
setting can take advantage of this in
our office.
PCT: Where do you hope to see the
business in the future?
Dr. Wusterhausen: We are continuously growing and adding new
services each year. In January, I
reviewed Age Management Medicine
training scheduled across the United
States. I enjoy attending training and
finding new services I feel Parker
County residents will most benefit
from. Age Management Medicine
is the future of medicine; I see our
office being the leader in this field for
Parker County.
PCT: What do you hope customers
will gain from a visit?
Dr. Wusterhausen: I hope any
customer of Envy will immediately notice the attention we pay
towards customer service. Our staff
is consistently training and researching the latest aesthetic products and
services. We want our customers
to be informed on the services they
are receiving or products they are
purchasing. I am in the office at
least three days a week and a phone
call away should the staff need me
immediately. Our office is physicianowned and operated; I am involved
in the day-to-day activity. In today’s
world of medical offices, this is no
longer the case.

Dr. Wusterhausen: A successful business has a well-educated staff. Invest
in your employees and make them
believers in what you are doing. In
turn, they will be a reflection of your
beliefs and want to share it with
those they come into contact with.
