been in Brock
since sixth

really likes
the tradition
of winning
that the
school has.
He was a member of the state championship football team and enjoyed

the experience of playing on the field
at NRD Stadium in Houston, “It was
awesome, but I wish it would have
been in Cowboy Stadium,” he said.
He’s going to attend Texas A&M in
College Station, a place known for its
own strong traditions. Trace is majoring in sports management and hopes
to work with a professional sports
franchise. Although he doesn’t care
which one, he leans more towards
working for either a football or soccer
team. He was very active with his
school’s FFA, serving as chapter president the past two years. He participated in poultry judging, something
that was completely new to him. “It
was a lot of fun and we made state

I really had to start from scratch and
learn to compete at a higher level.”
He said he learned a lot serving as
FFA chapter president, “It helped me
to be a better leader,” he said. He’s
already experienced the excitement
of an A&M home game since he
attended the Alabama game with his
sister, a recent A&M graduate, last
