flock to Heritage Park for the
monthly buy/sell happening,
Goodman replied, “I would
say that during peak seasons,
fall and spring, the Trade
Days can bring an average of
7k-8k people a weekend, and
around 2k-4k people a week-
end during non-peak seasons,
winter and summer. It averages
425 vendors per month/4,800-
5,000 per year.”
During the 2017-2018
budget season First Monday
generated $141,315.00 for the
City. This year, 2018-2019,
through June the event has
brought in $87,585.00.
First Monday takes place
once a month over the week-
end prior to the first Monday
of the month. Friday through
Sunday, the hours are 9 a.m.
