Debbie created Kenmark Homes in 2001, keeping her company a small family business,

Within the past year, Kenmark Homes has doubled its business.
After earning her bachelors of science degree in building/manufacturing in 2004 from
Texas A&M, Misty went to work for a large Metroplex-based new home construction compa-
ny. Then, after a decade in the new home industry, earned her license as a realtor and joined
the Century 21 Lynch team in 2015.
“I love the family atmosphere there,” Misty said. “I respect their commitment to the com-
munity and I respect their experience and long standing presence in the community.”
The two businesswomen met and immediately forged a working relationship. After several
months of working together, neither could be happier with their arrangement.
