PCT: What is your definition of the
best day ever?
CM: Sleep in, go to the gym, practice
some yoga, go have a meal with
friends, rescue a kitten on the side of
the road and then go to the Dallas
aquarium.
PCT: What’s the best piece of advice
you would give?
CM: Yes, eat the doughnut.
PCT: What is the most interesting
thing you have ever done in your
life?
CM: I learned how to snowboard in
Dubai, UAE, while I was stationed in
the Middle East. I still can’t get down
a mountain upright, but technically I
can say I was taught.
PCT: How did you get into your
occupation?
CM: I wanted to find an avenue to
better stretch, so I attended a class
at Pave Yoga. I liked it so much that
I kept going. Eventually, I went in

teaching at Pave. I get to wear yoga
pants to work; it’s great.
