Rowan-Salisbury Principals Participate In
The District’s “Leadership Academy”
- Putting Students First
The Rowan-Salisbury Principal Leadership Academy is held once a month
for new and experienced principals. The academy is an “in house” program
facilitated by the district’s principals and administrators. The academy was
developed to encourage, support, and develop principals as they move from
being building level administrators to being strong instructional leaders.
Principals that participate in the Rowan-Salisbury Principal Leadership
Academy are given the opportunity to meet their personal professional
development
needs and then
to share their
new training
and learned
skills with
their school
level staff.
