Chicken & Bacon Roll-Ups Ingredients: 1 can chunk white chicken (drained) or rotisserie chicken. 1 carton spreadable vegetable garden cream spread over tortillas. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Just before serving, unwrap and cut tortillas into 1-in. slices. Serve with remaining salsa. Taco Pizza Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground beef 1 envelope taco seasoning cheese 1 10 oz can refrigerated pizza dough 1 cup salsa, divided 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese 4 pieces fully cooked bacon, crumbled ½ cup sliced tomatoes 6 flour tortillas, room temperature ¼ c sliced black olives Directions: Mix chicken, cream cheese, ½ cup salsa and bacon, 4 green onions, chopped Directions: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning to the ground beef according to package directions. 2. Unroll pizza dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Let dough sit at room temperature for 5 minutes. Press dough over the bottom and up along the 4 sides of the cookie sheet. Bake pizza dough for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from oven. 3. Spread refried beans over crust (they may spread better if you warm them for 1 minute in the microwave.) Top with cooked ground beef mixture, sprinkle with cheese and add the tomatoes, black olives and green onion. 4. Return to oven and bake another 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
