Elizabeth Williams-Riley serves as President of American Conference on Diversity. ACD is a non-profit agency that provides awareness, diversity training for businesses, workshops, youth leadership programs and professional development for organizations and educators. The origin of this organization began in 1927 where the National Conference of Christians and Jews in New York City operated. They have since been providing human services, advocacy, and inclusion training. They have also rallied for rights civil rights, fought against racism, discrimination, religious persecution, and also bigotry among person of the LGBTQ. The continue to make the public aware of injustice and address civil unrest. They strive for social change, development, empowerment and growth among the masses.
