Ingredients: Eggs, hickory smoked bacon, avocado, tomato, cheddar cheese, French bread

In a lightly oil coated frying pan scramble two eggs with salt and pepper set aside.

Fry a few strips of hickory smoked bacon until semi-crisp. Pat dry and remove excess oil with a paper towel.

Slice avocado, and tomato.

Lightly toast french bread in the oven/broiler on 200 degrees and add two slices of cheddar cheese. Remove from oven after 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.

Plate bread, add avocado, scrambled eggs, tomato, bacon and add cheesy bread top.
