condo is transformed into a contemporary
home that celebratethe best of modern
living.
URBAN ELEGANCE DEFINES this modern
minimalist home that easily captures attention with
its easy going spaces.Interior designers Pei Wen and
Jesment Lim from Sky Creation Design have chosen to
keep the composition of this 1,044 sqft home simple,
but that doesn’t mean they shy away from anything
decorative thoughful elements are included hence we
are treated to an interior that is visually heartwarming
as well.
Where the layout emphasises a sort of linearity
that puts everything in order, it is the interior details
that set the design in motion. Take the living room
for instance solid white walls and polished flooring
are offset by the rough stone feature wall that
accomodates the TV, while conservative placement
of furniture is balanced out with playfull edges that
define the custom made cabinetry. In the bedrooms, a
youthful touch is aplied. The backdrops is kept white
mixed with blue but bright stones and decorative
feature walls bring out the modern minimalist style
the designers were going for.
