Chestnut flour
Chestnuts are a nutrient-rich dry fruit, mainly providing fiber and carbohydrates, with a low caloric content (190 calories / 100 g). They are a natural source of minerals, among which are: phosphorus, calcium, iron, zinc , magnesium and in less proportion copper, for which it is attributed anti-inflammatory and vascular properties.
