We can only schedule and confirm event bookings a minimum of 90 days prior to your requested dates and only one year in advance. We encourage you to tour the property either virtually or in person upon appointment. We can only confirm on-site tours 48 hours prior.
We have a preferred list of vendors, wedding planners, entertainment( and others) who can assist with your event. You may also use your own vendors.
Please note that to preserve the tranquility and environment of relaxation for all, the City of Palm Springs has event permit regulations and noise ordinances in place. These stipulate no amplified music outside, transportation plans with no guest parking on the residential streets, and that events are concluded by 10 PM. We file for the permit, but all required documents must be received a minimum of 70 days prior to the requested event date.
