AROUND TOWN
Summer has been a blast in Palestine this year, with lots of great events and family fun. Residents enjoyed a rodeo, the third annual Juneteenth Festival downtown, car shows, celebrating America’ s 250th anniversary- with the downtown Rotary Club decorating the downtown area with red, white and blue flag buntings, the Crisis Center’ s fundraising event at the Redland’ s Hotel and the Palestine Rotary Club created an Art Alley to feature the artwork of local youth.
