In 2016 , Donnie Till started the local branch of the North Texas Jeep Club in Anderson County , which also included Cherokee , Smith , Henderson and Van Zandt counties . Till said being so far removed from the North Texas area made it difficult for his chapter ’ s members to feel as though they were a part of the club . After two years Till decided that he wanted to branch off and create a more localized club . Till formed the 903 Jeep Club in 2019 . The club ’ s membership grew quickly . Prior to CO- VID , 903 had around 900 members . Till said while many other clubs went on hiatus during the pandemic , the 903 did the opposite . They participated in birthday parades and found ways to keep their members having fun and active . Today they have close to 3,200 members .

Till said there are no dues , everything is free and they enjoy fun get-togethers and giveaways . The club has sponsors that help out with giveaways . The club ’ s two biggest sponsors are Youngblood Garage in Tyler and Lindale Custom Jeeps right outside
Donnie Till , founder and President of the 903 Jeep Club loves everything about Jeep life . When he ’ s not working , he ’ s typically on the road headed to a club event somewhere in the 903 area code .
