The Dogwood Festival , which kicks off the three-weekends for Dogwood Trails is set for Saturday March 18 . A parade , live music , art , food and craft vendors and an evening rodeo will be some of the principal attractions of the day .
For those interested in local history and architecture , there will be the Stained Glass Tour featuring four churches in the downtown area .
The opening weekend of the Dogwood Trails will also include the Cars of Palestine event .
