PALESTINECHAMBER . ORG 7

FROM THE CHAIRMAN

Welcome to beautiful Palestine , Texas my hometown . Palestine is one of the friendliest places in the entire world . Take a moment and notice the person in the car next to you or notice the person on the isle along side of you in the grocery stores . I ’ ll bet you ’ ll see a smiling face that makes you feel like you ’ ve known them or met them someplace before . That ’ s our town Palestine , where amazing people live , work , worship , raise great families , and kids attend great schools . I should know because at one time or another I did all of it .
Palestine is a town that could have been easily captured in a Norman Rockwell painting . Walk along the streets downtown while shopping , all the way to the courthouse square . You ’ re sure to feel like you ’ ve stepped back in time to place where everything was simple and unbothered by the big city pace .
We learned so much from the recent pandemic , many of us had to change the way we conducted business , but we were still able to thrive as a community . While many towns and businesses shrunk Palestine has continued to see growth with the addition of several new national eateries and new small to midsized businesses .
To our current members , as always thank you for your continued support . We are committed to make Palestine stronger than ever before by listening to you and asking you for your opinion so that we can all see our local economy grow .
As the 2022-2023 Chairman of the Board , I am honored to serve the Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce with integrity , patience , loyalty , and sense of duty . Our Board is comprised of smart men and women that are dedicated to you , your business , and your families . Together , right alongside you we can make a statement and leave a pattern of greatness for other cities to follow . If you are not a current member of the Palestine Area Chamber of Commerce , please join us today . Your membership will benefit your business and the community .
