pediatrics, pregnancy and a certifi cation in Wellness Chiropractic (CCWP).
She is also a NASM trained Certifi ed personal trainer. She is the author of
“The Three Day Reset,” a three-day transformational food plan that gives

restrictions. She is a national speaker, an avid athlete, health enthusiast and
creator of WELLFITandFED, an online health and fi tness blog.
STEVE KIRSCH is an attorney, a drummer, and the blogger behind The Paleo
Drummer, which Well Fed author Melissa Joulwan calls "a brash, opinionated,
well-written tornado of kick-ass, common-sense advice about eating Paleo
and training your body. It’s punk rock at its fi nest, fueled by bacon and
barbells." The blog focuses on the intersection of a simplicity-is-best approach
to exercise, food, and stress with the relentless pursuit of happiness.
CARLEY SMITH aka the Fairy Gutmother ® , is a certifi ed Nutritional Therapy
Practitioner (NTP) and certifi ed GAPS Practitioner (CGP) as well as a 200-
hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She became interested in health
and nutrition after being diagnosed with Lyme disease, and used food as
medicine to help herself heal. She was so empowered by the improvement
in her health that she became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and
Certifi ed GAPS Practitioner so that she could share her experience and
help others feel better, too.
