Let’s look at a few movements using things you
may have access to like a barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell,
sandbag, tree, rock and log. You can usually find
something to climb and lift anywhere you go.

You can climb more than a tree, perform multiple
variations of a crawl, and lift, carry and press all kinds of
stuff in many different ways. Once you know the basic
lifts and movements, your imagination is the only limiting
factor.
Here are a few different variations.
BEGINNER / 4 ROUNDS (INDOOR/OUTDOOR):
