In the semifinals LA Infamous beat
Seattle Thunder by a single point
and Dynasty did the same to Chicago
Aftershock. Tough break for Thunder and Aftershock as only the top
two Challengers team move up to
the Champions division for the first
event of 2015. So congrats to LA
Infamous and San Diego Dynasty for
working their way back. But business
wasn’t finished for these two yet as
first place in the 2014 World Cup was
still on the line. In one of the best
games of the season Infamous edged
out Dynasty 6-5 to take the event.
Dynasty’s second place finish in the
Challengers division put them in fifth
place in the Professional bracket to
end the season. Nice comeback for
them and a great win for Infamous.

Division One’s scoreboard reads as
quirky as I have ever seen after the
World Cup. There were five teams
without a single loss and four without
a single win. Add to that there were
three teams with only one win. You
could say most of the division was
either really good or really bad.
