57 long and hard for no money to learn how to be a good paintball event organiser and game designer. We were running about 6 or 8 events a year at the time so we learned very quickly. Then about 6 years ago we got a break, the organiser of the 2nd largest paintball event in the UK quit so in a bit of an audacious move we offered to take the event on for him and he agreed. That was the moment when Shoreline turned from being a small little business organising little scenario games to being a proper company and we’ve more than tripled in size each and every year since. Now we work from a big modern glass office building, have a big warehouse facility, run events all over Europe and have the largest paintball media project in the world in our TV show. So it’s been quite a trip! How many events have you run to date? Between our scenario events, Big Games, UWL and overseas events we did try counting once but gave up. Its easily over 50 events. Most other promoters run one or two events a year but we tend to operate at a really high tempo, this year will see us running 11 events of our own as well as atten F
