only reason paintball field and store
owners come to the Paintball Extravaganza, they come to establish
relationships with new vendors,
meet with their current suppliers, to
see the new products and to enjoy
the camaraderie within the paintball
business community.
Classes got underway at 8AM on
Tuesday, February 24, with the
Planet Eclipse LV1 and Etek5 certification training. Just a bit later
Tippmann Sports held their Dealer
Training Class and Bob Long, GOG,
Empire and Virtue Paintball all began their tech classes. Tuesday’s
schedule was packed with training
classes from other companies like
Guerrilla Air (who even had a class
taught in Spanish), Dye, Luxe, Dangerous Power, Ninja, Cossio Insurance and Tiberius.
In addition to the lineup of tech
classes there were a number of other seminars including How To Run
Woodsball Tournaments, The Future
of Low Impact Paintball, Business
Goals and Marketing, Marketing
Your Store and Field, Haunted Paintball, Food And Beverage Possibilities, Leveraging Social Media and
more. Tuesday was a jam-packed
day of learning that was just the beginning of that was to come.
Tuesday morning also saw a rush
of paintball field and store owners
scurrying through the exhibitor hall
in search of new products between
their scheduled classes. One of the
hottest products of the morning was
HK Army’s TFX Loader that was being shown for the first time publicly.
