The Pro Games

Spoiler alert ! WTH happened to San Diego Dynasty and Edmonton Impact ? Ok , now that I got that out of the way let ’ s talk about the games . How ’ s this for an early Pro game outcome ?: Chicago Aftershock 4 , Edmonton Impact 1 ? Or how about this … Los Angles Ironmen 4 , San Diego Dynasty 3 ? Wait , you want more ? Not only did Dynasty lose to the Ironmen , they lost to first-year Pros PaintballFit and San Antonio X-Factor . Dynasty ’ s only preliminary round win in Texas was a 5-1 drubbing of New York Xtreme . Dynasty is knocked out of any chance to play on Sunday for the first time in 157 years ( ok maybe not that long , but you get the point ).
After a close loss to the Ironmen , who would end the preliminary rounds undefeated , X-Factor bounced back strong winning their remaining three preliminary round games . Chicago Aftershock , now owned by Todd Adamson and coached by Todd Martinez , took three out of four preliminary round games . Red Legion and Houston Heat partied like it was 2018 as they each cruised to an undefeated first-round . And Tampa Bay Damage won three of their four opening round games .
Perhaps all the water on the field had some teams thinking this was a diving competition , because the big city titans made a shockingly small splash in the prelims . They were , in fact , silent in the opening rounds . Both L . A . Infamous and N . Y . Xtreme struggled , winning a total of zero matches … combined .
