CM: Tres Bien! I can say that I have different playing styles because I don’ t play the same when I’ m playing alongside men or when I play with or against women. With men, I’ m not an aggressive player. I’ m a back player. The team can trust me to be defensive and solid.
With women, it is different. I can do the same, but I can be much more aggressive. Certainly because the women ' s game is slower, so I can use my technique and my experience to be faster in the game.
SF: As a woman playing Pro standard in NXL Europe, you have become an idol and inspiration to both men and women. What do you want to say to your fans?
CM: Firstly, thank you for your support! To be frank … I would have never imagined becoming a source of inspiration when I first started the sport 12 years ago. Today, I’ m so proud of representing women in the Pro Division. But trust me, I ' ve only just started!
Secondly, for other players out there if you want to talk to me, ask me any questions, feel free to come and see me! I’ m not really a star, haha!
SF: What are your goals going forward?
CM: It ' s now my third year with Carnage. Even if the team has changed a lot, we have a common goal, which is to grow together and to be on the podium at each event.
Personally, I want to be even stronger, improve my game vision and become more aggressive in my CoEd game.
And... I would like to play in the US NXL in Pro division one more time!
