PART III Nicholas Shaw,
Photographer
JNicholas Shaw has been immersed in paintball media for the past two years, capturing the intensity and energy of the sport through his lens. Photography runs in his blood— he got his start as a kid helping his mom, a photojournalist for their local paper. That passion grew into a career that now includes freelancing for that same paper, serving as the photographer for his local fire department, and chasing wildlife with his camera whenever there’ s a break in his schedule.
A U. S. Army veteran with a decade of service and a deployment to Iraq under his belt, Nick brings a steady eye and a calm presence to the field. He’ s been married for 13 years and is the proud dad of two daughters who keep him on his toes more than any front-line action ever did.
