Djuan and Brandon have been longtime friends and have participated in many games where they played as teammates and as opponents . But this game was different , this game was for Midwest bragging rights , and they let the world know they were not holding back for this one . Even with all the hurdles thrown at them throughout the course of the year , they were able to recruit over 600 players for this game . The sides were set , and the battle was ready to begin but mother nature had a plan of her own and boy , did she show her hand by giving us a great summer shower before the
game . But that was not going to stop these paintballers from showing the Midwest what they had . With hundreds of players itching at the chance to take the field , “ Spoils of War ” officially started . The rain did nothing more than make the game that much more fun . After the “ Spoils of War ”, came the night games and in Sherwood Forrest fashion they pulled out all the stops . They went out and lit torches thru out the field and you instantly went back in time to when you felt like you were in a medieval castle crossing moats and trying to scale castle walls . www . paintball . media
