The National Xball League held its European Championship in beautiful Dreux, France this past September. Dreux is classic France— a blend of rich history, a cultural hub and a bridge city to many that commute on the hour-long train to Paris daily. The city is on the smaller side— quaint, beautiful, and quintessential France, with open air markets, a world renowned culinary scene and historic pedestrian zone lined with shops, boutiques and cafes.
The Event
The European Championship is the premiere Pro / Am paintball event for the European version of the National Xball League. It’ s also the largest NXL event in Europe by a wide margin, with 176 teams competing in the Pro, WNXL, Divisional, 3V3 and 7v7 divisions. The event also featured the always-anticipated UPBF Nations Cup where 70 National teams faced off across five more divisions.
The vendor village at the NXL European Championships was the largest of the season and the event’ s spectator crowds and vibe were something special.
