Anyways, I suppose this means I’ d better actually run down this list of features and updates that make me like the JT Flex 9 so much( and that JT believes will make you like it, too).
So like I was sayin’ before I got distracted by something shiny, the new JT Flex 9 starts with the Spectra frame, with its wide vision, super comfortable foam, interchangeable woven goggle strap and thermal, fog-free lenses. It’ ll accept the usual JT Spectra / Pro Flex visor to knock the glare down and keep the rain out too. This is where the gap starts to widen, so pay attention. The Flex 9 has been updated with more protective, soft, and interchangeable ears that cover more. The Proflex ears won’ t work, but as long as you pick the right F9 soft ears when you’ re ordering, upgrade your ears. The Flex 9 mask system has discarded that forehead … thing. That in itself is a big change people are sure to both notice and like, because let’ s face it you want everyone to see that two hundred-dollar headband you just financed.
The difference between the Proflex( also called the Flex 7), Flex 8, and Flex 9 is always the ears. Everything is interchangeable as long as you use the correct ears / lower combo. Proflex ears will not fit and can not be modified to fit. profile up near the lens compared to the Proflex meaning a wearer will be able to achieve a much tighter weld to their paintball gun and tank, and the mask is more flexible than the Flex 8, while retaining enough rigidity to offer trustworthy protection from incoming taste the rainbow and take the walk balls. I noticed an improvement in airflow almost immediately, meaning communication and breathing will be easier through this mask, and this will also help get that warm, moisture-laden air out to aid the thermal lens even further in preventing fogging, especially in challenging weather. Finally, you can even swap and update the entire system with thin frames or QLS frames if you’ d like, and many owners are certain to head that way.
So let’ s add it all up. The signature comfort and style of the JT flagship goggle with an updated, improved mask that still allows the owner to update just about everything with existing goggle frames, existing lenses, existing goggle straps and new soft ears, all without having to worry about fog. Now, I fully admit that I ain’ t too good at math, but I can tell you what it equals from where I’ m sitting: I’ m keeping these!
Now I just need some new soft ears and a new goggle strap and cool looking lens and … ah [ CENSORED ] here we go again
Then there’ s the face shield itself. It resembles a Flex 8 but it’ s been reworked. It’ s noticeably narrower in www. paintball. media
