The Noobies put together an outstanding event, taking only one OT loss to Brawl. They went on to an unlikely victory over hometown rivals Philly Corrupt, and after a season of so close, finally had their chance to taste gold in Texas.
They are no doubt the favorites for a season win at World Cup.

Division 3

Always the wild west, Division 3 is the probably the most unpredictable level in competitive paintball. This event was no exception. The quarterfinals would see a wild matchup between the Raleigh Razorbacks and The Farm in which a back player in blue jeans made a dive for the buzzer and landed the match in overtime. They would go on to win that match 2-1 for berth into the semifinals and third place finish at the event.

But the story in D3 was all about Washington. PTN, who stepped down from Division 2 for this event, started the weekend with a 0-4 loss to their Evergreen State rivals, KC Sports Complex. Undaunted, they bounced back and went on a hot run, going undefeated for the rest of the event. In the finals, they were given a chance at redemption with a rematch against KC, and they capitalized in an absolute gem of a match. KC stood strong and gave a phenomenal fight, but it was PTN taking home gold with a 3-2 win.
Headed into the final event of the season, Division 3 is doing D3 things. AG Knights, who took fourth place here in Texas are standing at second place in the rankings. The number one seed is currently held by New Jersey Filthy, a team that wasn’ t represented at this event.
